The meeting will be highlighted by an exhibition which will cover all areas of acoustics (instruments, equipment, software, services, etc.). The exhibition will be held in the Convention Foyer on Level 1 which is conveniently located near Convention Hall. It will open on Sunday, 13 May 2012, and will close on Wednesday, 16 May 2012.

The Exhibition will be open on Sunday, 5:00 – 6:00pm, Monday and Tuesday, 14–15 May, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday, 16 May, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

An Exhibitors’ Reception will be held Tuesday, 15 May, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. All meeting participants are invited to attend.
